REFUNDS
There will be no refunds given on any project. Partial refunds may be given at the designers discretion, However, the revision process is there to assure you are receive your desired look.
TURNAROUND TIME
Turnaround time is between 5 and 7 business days (weekends and holidays not included in turnaround time) from when all necessary materials are received. If necessary materials are not received within 72 hours, I will refund you and cancel your project. During any sale, turnaround time is extended to 7 business days to due volume of orders.

Website Revamps and Development turnaround time is 10-14 business days

Premade designs turnaround time will be listed in the description.
REVISIONS
You are allowed 3 revisions to any project. After 3 revisions, there will be a $15 fee for a completely new design. That is why it is imperative to give as much information as possible in the design form. After your design is complete, there will be a $20 fee to change it.
DESIGN CONTENT
It is important for you to have a vision of some kind for your business, so it can be relayed to me. I DO NOT COMPLETE FREESTYLE DESIGNS because I understand our creative visions may not match, which can lead to several revisions, and I want you to be satisfied.

Try to submit high quality images for your project. Low quality images may not achieve the look you want. If you do not have high quality images, or images at all, I can use stock images, however there may be an additional fee, for me to purchase them.
Once the project is fully complete, you, the client also give Designs by Kamari the right to use for portfolio and or marketing purposes unless agreed upon otherwise.
